I am unable to work due to medical negligence. What compensation am I entitled to for my loss of wages past and future?

If, as a result of medical negligence, your injuries mean you can no longer work then you are entitled to damages for the loss of your wages. The amount of damages is calculated on the weekly maximum of three times the average weekly earning in New South Wales.
